- Response Time: We aim to respond to support requests within 24-48 hours during business days.
- Bug Fixes: If the theme (or plugin) has a confirmed bug, we will provide a fix in a reasonable timeframe.
- Support Exclusions:
- Installation, customizations and modifications to the theme.
- Assistance with third-party plugins or integrations.
- Compatibility with software versions released after the theme's last update.
- Support Extensions: Support can be extended by purchasing an additional support plan.

- Throughout read the documentation and changelog before sending support request as this could save you a lot of time.
- Leave a rating if you like our product and support service.
DON'T
- Send multiple tickets ( or replies ) as this does not increase the response time and you may not receive any answers at all.
- Abuse the support forum.
- Leave an unfair rating.
We always strive to assist with any questions you may have to the best of our ability. However, please understand that we may not be able to address every single question.
Abusing the support system may lead to a permanent account suspension, and this is a scenario where we would have to consider refusing further assistance indefinitely.
